Roses ordered - check! Valentine card ready - check! Romantic candle-lit dinner by the sea - no? Well we can help you with that! Chef Michael Serva has prepared a three course menu for you - with the spirit of Valentine's Day!

Valentines menu

3 Courses for $65/head; Wine Pairings, tax and gratuity extra.

First:

Rich Dungeness Crab bisque with freshly picked lump crab, lemon zest and house made crème fraiche

Add caviar for 5$

Pink bouquet salad with shaved beets, grapefruit, fennel, candied almonds and garden greens with rose hip and balsamic vinaigrette

Six Oysters on the half shell with rose geranium and pear mignonette

Main:

Pan seared Sable fish with coriander crust, roasted baby radishes, wilted dandelion greens, pickled squash and beet Beurre blanc

Whole fish with braised cabbage, sake perfumed rice, and Sichuan peppercorn and scallion dipping sauce

Wild Chanterelle, leek and potatoe terrine with hazelnut and Parmesan crust, charred leek vinaigrette

Sweet:

Huckleberry Posset with Sable Cookie

Cardamom and pear pot de crème with hazelnut Florentine

Eton Mess - Berries, meringue, juniper-infused cream
